My holistic journey began in 2020, when I felt called to explore different healing practices and deepen my understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I completed my massage therapy education, received my Reiki Level 1 and 2 certifications, and later completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. Since then, I have continued expanding my practice to include reflexology and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage.

In addition to my hands-on treatments, I love sharing what I’ve learned through PetalRoot School. I have assisted with both beginner and advanced reflexology courses on many occasions and now teach Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage. Supporting students as they build confidence, learn new skills, and grow into their own way of working is something I truly enjoy.

My approach to wellness is holistic, with a focus not only on physical relief, but also on emotional and energetic well-being. I believe that true healing involves nurturing the whole person, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients and students can explore what balance and wellness mean for them.

My treatments, including massage therapy, reflexology, and Ayurvedic Head Massage, are designed to help clients slow down, reconnect, and support relief from physical tension, emotional stress, and energetic imbalance. One of my guiding mottos is “leave it better than you found it,” and I carry that philosophy into both my treatments and my teaching.

I’m passionate about helping others refill their cups, build confidence, and reconnect with the best version of themselves. I look forward to continuing to grow as a teacher and practitioner and to creating new learning opportunities through PetalRoot School.
