I’m deeply passionate about teaching Reiki and Reflexology and supporting students as they grow into their own confidence, style, and way of working.
As a Registered Reflexologist with over 10 years of experience, I love sharing this therapeutic modality with others and helping new practitioners build a strong foundation while still discovering what feels natural and authentic to them. I believe students learn best when they feel supported, encouraged, and free to develop their own unique approach while maintaining the integrity of the practice.
I have also been a Reiki Master for more than 12 years, and Reiki has played a meaningful role in both my personal and professional life. I believe learning Reiki can be a beautiful gift — not only for practitioners, but for anyone who wants a simple way to support relaxation, self-care, emotional well-being, and the people they love.
Before moving into holistic wellness, I worked as a Paramedic for 11 years. That experience eventually led me on my own healing journey, where Reflexology and Reiki became important parts of rebuilding balance and reconnecting with myself. Today, being able to pass those tools on to others feels incredibly meaningful.
One of the things I enjoy most about teaching is watching students grow — not only in skill, but in confidence. My goal is always to empower each student to become the best practitioner, and the best version of themselves, they can be.
